Description
Forrester The Fmc is a wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes. It is aged for one year in barrel on the lees, and has a rich, layered flavor with notes of dried apricot, vanilla, and honey. It will gain additional complexity with cellaring. The wine is 750ml in size.
A careful selection of up to 10 harvests through the same vineyard choosing the bunches at their peak, naturally fermented in French oak about 50% new and aged for a year in barrel on the lees.
The pinnacle of what we consider to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal an icon chenin, a challenge to the world! Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey.Will gain additional complexity with cellaring.
