Himbeergeist is a raspberry brandy made from macerated ripe wild raspberries. The fruit is collected in forests close to the border between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The tiny, aromatic berries are harvested by hand then cooled immediately and transported to Staufen, in this condition, within two days. Thanks to the properties of the soil, the climate and the proportion of fruit flesh to flavor and sugar, these wild raspberries have a truly unique taste. Himbeergeist makes a delicious accompaniment to an espresso as a classic digestive after a meal. The bottle size is 750ml.
