Director's Reserve White is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes from Tokara Estate's best blocks of Simonsberg mountain vineyards. The wine is made only from the best grapes and has a vibrant golden hue with ripe quince and baked apples, hints of marzipan and toasted brioche with a subtle herbal note of nettles intertwined in perfect balance. The wine has a complex, generous finish.
