The estate chardonnay is a fruity wine with a zesty taste. It has a crisp, lingering mouthfeel and is spontaneously fermented and matured in concrete tank and Neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months.
NOSE: Green & Yellow Citrus, Granny Smith Apple, with tropical fruit notes.
PALATE: Zesty, crisp, lingering mouthfeel.
