The estate cabernet sauvignon is a dark fruit, berry, and plum wine with a herbaceous spice nose. The palate is medium to full-bodied with fruit forward flavors and a juicy and smooth, elegant tannin structure. The wine has a long lingering finish. The estate cabernet sauvignon is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and is bottled at 750ml.
