Description
This wine is complex with a mix of fruit flavors, including apple, pineapple, and nuts. The wine has a well-balanced acidity, and is spontaneously fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. The wine is 750ml in size.
NOSE: Complex with Yellow apple, pineapple, nuts, and white pear.
PALATE: Rich, broad, great depth of flavour & Well balanced acidity.
MATURATION: Spontaneously fermented & matured for 10 months in 300L & 500L neutral French Oak barrels.
