Description

The wine is deep gold in color and has a variety of fruit notes on the nose, including honeydew melon, lemon, lime, apple, pineapple. The wine has a long, fruity taste with a pronounced honeydew melon and lemon flavor. It pairs well with salads and vegetables as well as chickenpecan-crusted chicken with Dijon mustard cream sauce and gruyere cheese.
