Description
The wine is a reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Franschhoek, South Africa, with notes of tropical fruit, blackcurrant and lime, and the Walker Bay component adding minerality, flintiness and great acid balance. The Semillon component adds fullness and waxiness on the pallet. The wine pairs well with spicy lamb curry, mushroom risotto and chicken ravioli in a burnt butter and sage sauce.
