Description
The Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Fume is a wine made from two Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties: the Franschhoek Sauvignon Blanc and the Walker Bay Sauvignon Blanc. The Franschhoek Sauvignon Blanc component adds some notes of tropical fruit, blackcurrant and lime. The Walker Bay Sauvignon Blanc component adds minerality, flintiness and great acid balance. The Semillon grape adds fullness and waxiness to the wine.
