Description
The wine is a reserve cabernet sauvignon and is deep ruby in color. The nose has black current, cherries, raspberries, pencil shavings, cedar and star anise. The palate is juicy dark fruit on the entry with a lively acid adding balance. A classic fine-grained tannin counters the fruit and lingers in the finish. The wine is mature for 5 to 10 years and is 750ml in bottle size.
