Description
This wine is made from handpicked grapes, is cold-pressed, and is fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine is then bottled after a four-month fermentation period.
The grapes that are used to make this refreshing Chenin Blanc are all handpicked in the early hours of the morning when it is still fairly cold. The grapes are then carefully sorted after which they are pressed and then ultimately fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine is then bottled after a fermentation period of four months.
