Description
This Grappa is made from the fermented husks of Pinot Noir grapes. It was distilled within 48 hours after the grapes were lightly pressed, and only 30 litres were produced per distillation of half a ton of grapes. The wine has hints of honey, dry fig, and a wild strawberry bouquet with a gentle, lingering aftertaste.

This limited edition Grappa was obtained by distilling the fermented husks ofthe 2017 vintage of Pinot Noir through a 10-distillation process, within 48 hours after the grape skins were lightly pressed in the cellar. Only 30 litres of Grappa were obtained per distillation of half a ton of fermented husks.
