Description
The wine is from Glenelly, a wine farm that the writer has personally visited. The wine has been taste-tested by the wine maker and they approve. The blog post written by the head of marketing, Tiana Pena, discusses the wine in more detail.
The nose entices with a character of dried thyme, oregano & Cape fynbos. The palate is dominated by aromas of dark cherries, blueberries and graphite, which gives it a great interest. The tannins are silky and the finish is long and smooth.
