This wine is from the Simonsig estate in the Western Cape and is a Chenin Blanc. It has a bright, clear color with a green tinge and a burst of tropical fruit aromas. The wine has a well-structured palate with layers of citrus and tropical fruits. It has a refreshing acidity and good length, making it an excellent summer wine.
