This is a nitro quadrupel from Petrus Brewery in Belgium. It is 8.5% ABV and has a dark color and rich flavor. The nitro technology used in the bottle gives it a velvety, creamy head.
Quadrupels tend to be hard to digest, but thenitrogenkeeps it light anddrinkable, giving this unique brew its velvety, creamy head.
Turn the bottle upside down and pour hard into the middle of the glass to activate the nitro.
