Minor Case Whiskey is a release from the distillery that was founded by M.C. Beam. Beam was a talented musician who wanted to make the best whiskey possible, and he never settled for anything less. The whiskey is made with only the finest ingredients, and it is aged in new, unsilenced stills. The nose has notes of earthy notes and sweet sherry, while the palate is creamy with notes of dark fruits and spices followed by a hint of sweet butterscotch. The finish is smooth with hints of dried fruits. The whiskey is available in a 750ml bottle at 45% ABV.
