Description
The installation fee for a new gate motor is R350. This fee includes the removal of the old motor, installation of the new gate motor, and programming of the remote. The installation does not include any structural modifications or repairs to the gate itself. If the project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by Kandua, LEROY MERLINS certified contractor.
Standard fee installation is available in Gauteng ONLY.
This installation will include:
Remove old motor if any
Install new gate motor
Program remote
Ensure gate & gate motor are operating optimally
Concrete plinth for motor housing to be done 48hrs before installation
This service does not include:
Any structural modification
Any repairs to the gate itself
Additional electrical work beyond existing wiring
Materials for concrete plinth
If your project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by LEROY MERLINS certified contractor. This additional quote will be directly paid to Leroy Merlin. If your project is different to this service, we will provide a customized solution. If you accept the project, the callout will be free of charge. Otherwise, a call-out fee of R350 will be charged.
Terms & conditions of standard fee installation
The general area where the installation will be done must be cleared and prepped
Installation kit of the Gate motor comes with 4 metre tracks - if gate is longer than 4 metres, customer will need to supply additional racks and pinion
Guarantee a 1 (one) year warranty on workmanship
NB: The service is strictly limited to the work described and declared in conformity with the above within a radius of 20km from the store. Any other specification identified by the installer, which does not comply with the standards, or does not comply with the rules applicable, as well as generating changes to your facility are not included in this benefit.
