It is made by the founder of the brand, Melissa Genevieve Nelsen, who discovered a beautiful pocket of Chardonnay located in the Van der Stel Pass. Her philosophy is vigilant attention and consideration in the vineyard with minimal but concise intervention in the cellar, allowing each vintage to express itself from grape to bottle. The wine is light- to medium-bodied with notes of citrus and fruit blossom. It is a perfect aperitif sparkling wine.

100% Chardonnay. A delicate, fresh and precise wine. Light- to medium-bodied, the palate is mineral and fine, with notes of citrus and fruit blossom. A perfect aperitif sparkling.Vibrant and supple upon entry with rounded and expressive flavours of toasty finesse lending to a lingering finish.
