This wine is from the Bot River region in the Loire Valley and is a blend of Melissas. It is perfumed with fruit, spice, and floral notes. It is a Brut wine, but there is a touch of sweetness on the palate which allows it to be more generous than other Brut wines. It is extremely more-ish, so one glass may not be enough. While it is labeled as Brut, there is just a touch of subtle sweetness on the palate. This allows the wine to be the most generous of Melissas wines on the palate.
