Description
This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Urville, in the Côte des Bar, and it is 100% natural. It was created by Michel Drappier, and it has a sustainable and organic ethos. The wine was made using a mechanical low-pressure press, and it is only the first press. It was fermented with natural yeast and without filtering or coloration. The wine is low in sulphates and has a 36-month aging on the lees. The dosage is 0 g/l. The wine has a golden color with copper hues and a nose of freshly pressed black grapes, of red, white and citrus fruits, with ample palate and flesh of vineyard peach and bouquet of aromatic herbs. Spicy notes are present in the finish.
