Description
This wine is from the Carte D'Or Brut line, which is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wine is 80% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. It is made with limestone soil and is press calibrated at low pressure. The wine is non-filtered and not discolored. It is only the first pressing of the wine, and it is vinified by gravity. The wine is made with natural settling, malolactic fermentation, and non-filtered. There is 5% of the wine that is matured in oak casks. The reserve wines are 40% of the wine. The wine has a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, and the taste begins with stone fruits such as white vineyard peaches. A spicy note emerges in a powerful and complex mouthfeel. The wine has a characteristic touch of quince jelly. The bottle size is 750ml.
