The product is a dietary supplement containing valerian and passion flower. The product is meant for adults and children over 12 years of age. The initial dose is two tablets with water three times a day, and after improvement, the dosage can be reduced to one tablet with water three times a day. The product is not meant for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product contains 400 mg of valerian and 270 mg of passion flower.
