The product is Sof N Free Black Castor Oil Afro Blowout Relaxer and Neut Shampoo. It is a set of products that are meant to be used together. The first step is to section hair into 4 parts and apply the relaxer to the hair near the scalp. The next step is to comb the hair towards the ends, applying Afro Blow Out as needed. The final step is to comb through the hair until the desired curl is removed. Do not leave the relaxer on the hair for longer than 12 minutes. After the relaxer is applied, rinse the hair well with warm water. The next step is to use Sof'n free neutralizing shampoo to clean the hair. The last step is to shampoo the hair 2 to 3 times. Towel dry and fluff or place in rollers. Finally, condition the hair with a favourite Sof'nfree Aftercare.
