The Irishman is a unique whiskey that is made of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. It is triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. It is bottled at 40% ABV. The Irishman has a zesty spice, black pepper, and peaches nose, a pot still spice, dark chocolate, and bourbon oak taste, and a oak and butterscotch finish.
