Description
The Warthog Extreme Edge Blue Sa is a precision knife sharpener that uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods to sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. It is designed for use with kitchen, fillet, hunting, and most other flat-blade knives. The V-Sharp XE also has four snap-in angle adjustments (17, 20, 25, 30 degrees), and comes with a 600 grit or 1000 grit (optional) finishing stone. The V-Sharp XE is super lightweight and durable, with an adjustable spring tension, and comes in black.
