The cock ring has 8 little half oval flaps that work as grippers. On the outer ring there are 8 bumps with 2 little bumps between them. This has 10 variable speeds. Some are just vibration while some are different pulsating patterns. It actually gets quite strong vibrations up to the ring. That may be why the bullet part is so big. Maybe they needed the strongest vibrations they could get. I mean it is only powered by 2 AAA batteries. So I would say it is strong for those little things!
