The Vector Optics SCBPW-01 6.5-7 Universal Bipod is a full metal bipod with a barrel adapter that can fit bottom 21mm picatinny and weaver rail. It has a height of 155mm (6.0 inch) in shortest and 165mm (6.5 inch) in longest, and a weight of 220g (7.8 ounce). It is easy to use and installation, with a side button to fold the bipod feet and release the feet screws to extend the length, and then fasten again. The rubber feet avoid slip.
