The Auto CPAP with EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief) is a brand new intelligent CPAP. The VentMed Auto CPAP has 2 types pressure settings---a lower pressure setting which is the most reduced pressure that is needed by the patient in order to prevent his apnea events, and ahigher pressure setting. Treatment Principle of the Auto CPAP machine is to ensure the smooth flow of the airway. For OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) patients, the main problem of OSA is upper airway collapse, and the degree of collapse is not same, common reactions are mouth breathing, snoring, and apnea.
