The mixer is coated in enamel and comes with a unique trim band with contrasting finishes and hub cover with sleek metallic finish. The original planetary action provides fast, thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per rotation. The mixer can process up to 1 L of whipped cream, 3.2 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies. The accessories for this mixer are all stainless steel for ultimate durability. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. The tilt-head model is your friend in the kitchen. It's quick and easy to tilt the head back to access the bowl.
