Isaro Watercolour Paint is a transparent watercolor that is made with Pyrrole Red pigment. It is very vibrant and bright with an underlying note that is colder than Scarlett Red. Isaro Watercolor Paint is handmade in Belgium and uses only high-quality gum arabic and pigments. Gum arabic varies in color from very pale yellow to dark brown, and the gum darkens on contact with the tannin in acacia bark. Isaro have selected the best acacia gum that when dissolved in water gives a clear solution. This maintains the purity and luminosity of the pigments. Glycerine and honey are also used in very precise amounts to enable the paint to remain supple. Isaro use a single-flower honey, the honey of acacia, so that the honey is also very clear. The range of 60 colors is available in 7ml tubes.
