applicator. They have very little dust for a cleaner working
environment.
Dawn Emerson is the author of the book 'Pastel Innovations'. She uses
PanPastel as a tool for both pastel painting and mixed media that
enables her to apply colour and layer more creatively, physically and
spontaneously.
