Oak Wooded Gin is a gin made with botanicals grown in Oak Wooded, North Carolina. The nose has notes of smoky, deep, and rich juniper, with hints of caramel. The palate is warm and woody, with hints of spicy, earthy caramel flavors, and citrus on the back of the mouth with whisky peaty flavors coming through. The finish is robust, powerful, and full-bodied, with woody and whisky flavors on the finish. Spicy cinnamon and nutmeg are also present.
