Level of Protection:
The Bodywarmer Jacket Wraparound Protection is available in two levels of protection, Level II and Level IIIA.
Level II protection is designed to resist bullets fired from handguns, including 9mm, 357 Magnum, and 12 Gauge Shotgun. It provides protection against these rounds but does not protect against higher caliber rounds such as rifle rounds.
Level IIIA protection, on the other hand, offers a higher level of protection against handgun rounds, including 9mm, 357 Magnum, 44 Magnum, and 12 Gauge Shotgun. It is also tested against a Flat Nose (FN) 357 SIG FMJ bullet moving at a speed of 1,470 ft/s for new and 1,410 ft/s for conditioned armour.
The jacket does not have plate pockets, and the protection is integrated into the jacket's fabric, providing the wearer with flexibility, mobility, and comfort while also ensuring their safety.
