Description
This wine is inspired by the Merlot grape and has a red fruit flavor with a herbal spice and earthy tones. It is medium bodied with soft subtle tannins and a velvety finish. It was spontaneously whole berry fermented and matured for 11 months in 3500L Foudre and neutral French Oak barrels. The bottle size is 750ml.
