Description
This is a description of mango slices. The mango slices are made from two cultivars of mango, Keitt and Kent. The laborious task of peeling off the skin, removing the flesh from the pip and cutting it into long strips is all done by hand before drying. The slices are then dried. We think the slices are all worth the effort as the final result is fabulously tasty and one of the things Cecilia's Farm is famous for.
