Description
This wine has a botrytis character, dried apricot and prune, great concentration and sweetness, backed by good acidity. The wine has been aged in oak for a longer period of time which has added to the complexity of the wine.
This is the first noble late harvest wine to be bottled on Mooiplaas.
The nose shows the typical botrytis character, dried apricot & prune, great concentration and sweetness, backed by good acidity. The extended barrel ageing time adds to the complexity of the wine.
