This is a product from TorkCraft - Carbon Steel Taps. These taps are for cutting internal threads and are available in standard, pipe, and metric sizes. They are rust and tarnish resistant and have four flutes for extra chip clearance. They are right handed threaded and come in a plug style.

What you need to cut internal threads:
Correct size tap
Proper drill bit or hole
Proper lubricant (light weight oil in ferrous metals & Paraffin or
beeswax for cutting alumnium. Do not use oil when cutting cast iron)
Tap wrench
