This wine is a delicate, lower-alcohol sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It has a salmon pink color and ripe berry aromas with a refreshing acidity. The wine has great complexity on the palate with lower alcohol and enhanced sweetness, strawberry and red berries, layered with nuances of spicy aromas and yeasty undertones. The firm mousse and persistent bead reveal wonderful red berry and spicy flavors, rounded off with a light yet lingering aftertaste. The bottle size is 750ml.
