Description
The customer is hiring Juspropa to do a dishwasher repair. The terms and conditions of service state that the Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labour and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. The Juspropa team will also provide a 12-month workmanship warranty. The Juspropa team will only work within a 45km radius of Johannesburg and a 10km radius of Pretoria. If the customer travels over and above these boundaries, they will be charged R4.00 per additional kilometer.

1. Scope of Work: This agreement is for labour-only services. The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labour and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. 12-month workmanship warranty. What is Included

2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.
2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.
3. Payment Terms: The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Service Provider will not leave the site without Proof of Payment.
4. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner.
Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the SP shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing and electrical damages. Your happiness is guaranteed.
5. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 45km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned.
