The client is hiring Juspropa to do pest control in an area. The scope of work is limited to labour-only services and includes clearing the area to be fumigated, preparing it, and completing the job within the estimated timeframe. The client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team, and the Service Provider warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade. The Service Provider will not leave the site without Proof of Payment.

Scope of Work:The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labor and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. a) No modification will be done to the building without prior consent. b) The existing structural fittings will be used for the installation or project, if not will be discussed upfront.Duration of Work:The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.Health and Safety:Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.Warranties and Liabilities:Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner. Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the Juspropa employee shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing, electrical and or any other damages or losses. Your happiness is guaranteed.Payment Terms:The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Juspropa Team will not leave the site without Proof of Payment. 12-month warranty for workmanship. The client will be responsible for supplying Juspropa with materials and making sure.Service Area:This is valid for areas within a 30km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City Centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned.
