Description
This is a performance classic saucepan with a glass lid. The pan is made of high-quality mirror polished stainless steel and is oven safe to 215 degrees. The thick impact bonded base provides even heat distribution and can be used at high temperatures, retaining heat well and cooking evenly. The comfortable long stay-cool handle is spot welded to provide a smooth interior, so there's nothing for food to catch on. The glass lid allows you to check on the progress of your cooking without having to remove it. A mechanism built into the knob of the lid allows water to drain away after washing. The Tala logo is stamped onto the knob of the lid.
