Description
The callout is for a Jojo tank installation. The service provider will come out and inspect the surrounding area where the Jojo tank will be installed. They will then provide you with a quote which if agreed upon will be paid to the service provider directly. The client will be responsible for the supply of all materials and make sure the area of installation or work is cleared and prepared. No modification will be done to the building without prior consent. The existing structural fittings will be used for the installation or project, if not will be discussed upfront. The duration of the work depends on job logistics. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date. The health and safety of the Juspropa team will be followed. The payment terms are as follows: the client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Service Provider will not leave the site without Proof of Payment. The warranties and liabilities of the Juspropa team are as follows: the Juspropa team warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner
This is a callout to quote a Jojo tank installation. The service provider will come out and inspect the surrounding area where you want the Jojo tank to be installed. They will then provide you with a quote which if agreed upon will be paid to the service provider directly.
1. Scope of Work: This agreement is for labour-only services. The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labour and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. 12-month warranty for workmanship. The client will be responsible for the supply of all materials and make sure
a) The area of installation or work must be cleared and prepared.
b) No modification will be done to the building without prior consent.
c) The existing structural fittings will be used for the installation or project, if not will be discussed upfront.
2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.
2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.

4. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner.
Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the SP shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing and electrical damages. Your happiness is guaranteed.
5. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 45km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned.
