The Le Creuset Non-stick 8-CUP Loaf Tin is a durable, PFOA-free non-stick loaf pan that is oven safe up to 240C. The pan has a developed specifically to withstand higher temperatures and high sugar content cooking, a durable, PFOA-free non-stick coating on interior and exterior surfaces, and a heavy gauge carbon steel spreads heat gently and efficiently while retaining it for an even bake. The silicone trim provides added grip and the pan wont twist, bend or warp. The pan is metal utensil safe and PFOA free.
