The teas are pyramid-shaped teabags, which allow for more direct contact with hot water, resulting in increased flavor and quicker brewing. The box also includes a booklet with information about the different rooibos blends, as well as instructions for preparation.

- Preparation:
- Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup or teapot
- Soak teabag for 5-10 minutes or to taste
- Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or a slice of lemon
- Best enjoyed at 65 degrees celsius
- Hot brewed tea chilled, makes a delicious ice tea
- Add ice cubes and cold-frothed milk for a milky ice tea latte
