Description
The Umuthi Purple Kohlrabi Sprouting Seeds are vacuum packed for freshness and are untreated. They are low in saturated fat and cholesterol, as well as good sources of thiamin, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. However, they are a good source of sugar. The seeds take 1-3 days to germinate, depending on the growing conditions.
Purple Kohlrabi has a small, dark seed which grows into anaesthetically pleasing purple and green sprout which will add a splash of colour to salads and garnishes. Also good to use as a Microgreen.
