Description
This is a non-stick paella pan with brass handles. It is made from heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium and has a 0.8cm thick bottom that provides excellent thermal conductivity and heat retention. The pan has AMT's self-developed Lotan coating that helps keep the pans hygienically clean and is 100% PFOA free. The pan has Lotan non-stick coating that is easy to clean and reduces the need to use fat when cooking. The pan is scratch resistant and heat resistant up to 240C. The pan is made in Germany.
