The decoder also has Dolby Digital 5.1 capability and XtraView capability, which allows users to watch the content with a compatible XtraView decoder. The decoder is also widescreen compatible. The DStv standalone decoder is also hearing impaired compatible and has interactive applications (SuperSport, News24, Weather).
