The KitchenAid Universal Shave Ice Attachment for Stand Mixers is a device that attaches to a stand mixer and allows the user to quickly and easily make over 500ml of finely shaved ice in 60 seconds, excluding prep time, based on plain ice using a fine blade. The included ice moulds allow the user to customise their ice base however they like. The device also includes a 3-step guide: freeze, shave, and create. The device is easy to use and produces consistent ice base as the ice mould design maximises blade contact for an even end product.
