The KitchenAid Artisan Burr Coffee Grinder Empire Red has a 70 grind settings from coarse for French Press, to fine for espresso, and an automatic smart dosing technology adjusts the grind time automatically regardless of grind size or brew method. The grinder also has a built-in adjustable portafilter holder, a micro-time adjuster, and a spring-loaded base which enables the grinder to fit snugly up against the espresso machine. The grinder also has a UV-resistant bottom hopper which allows for the storage of unused beans, and a designed to pair perfectly with the KitchenAid Espresso Machine.
