This is a review of the Classic Ikon Creme Carving Knife 20CM. The Classic Ikon Creme Carving Knife is a perfect knife for carving cuts of meat with long sweeping strokes. The blade is made from X50CrMoV15 steel, which was sharpened according to the PEtec method, and polished by hand. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen. Another advantage of this blade is the crop. It doesnt extend all the way to the edge but does separate the handle from the blade. As such you not only keep your fingers safe, but you can also use the entire edge. Also great when you want to sharpen the knife.
